Good value for the cost. Well trained staff. Friendly, resepectful, knowledgeable. Food was good...food and service in Chops and Portofino were excellent! Most entertainment was great...would like to suggest a trad' l Big Band to play during formal dinner nights..maybe a small dance floor would be nice..since everyone'already dressed up!! Try Rex Allen San Francisco Swing Express...out of S.F. Played at our wedding and everyone loved them...they have played on other cruise lines. Some of the on shore excursions were not good...Guadalupe was bad. We were disappointed u didn't have Starbucks coffee...hard to beat it! Thanks for asking our opinion! We had a good time!
