Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5

Breakers Bar

5 out of 5

This is where all the Music Trivia takes place You could always have a laugh and meet new people

Sindhu

5 out of 5

A speciality Indian restaurant with a British twist Goodbye you for money and some the best Food I've had

Poolside Pizzeria and Grill

4 out of 5

I didn't really try the pizzas but they did look good though

Brodie's

4 out of 5

They do Trivia Here And the casino is right next to the bar In fact you can see it

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5

Oasis Pool

5 out of 5

This is a great place to chill if you wanna get away from the kids As it's adults only a lot of people think you have to pay for it But you don't I think a people believe you do because it's associated with the spa. There's also complimentary thermal and steam rooms in the changing rooms

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The entertainment was standard for a grand class ship I enjoyed it though kept me occupied

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The crew was friendly Chatty and happy just like how it is on all cruises & Unlike other cruise lines P&O allowed to fratteneyes with the passengers & the entertainment staff were amazing Met the captain a few times Was a funny guy Joked about people who selected the ultra saver had to put there back into it & row.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Azura was Always be Painted at the ports we visited She was clean Tidy And well looked after

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Despite having to change cabins for the 2nd leg of the voyage The cabins were always clean and tidy

Ship tip

As soon as you get on board book the Speciality restaurants because if you leave it Later you won't get in because people book and don't turn up Oh yeah and buy a drinks package in advance because then if you get OBS You can use that towards Short excursions or spr treatments

Ports of call

Gran Canaria

4 out of 5
Grandcanary was a nice but We didn't get much time in port I know there's a sea life centre locally and on the other side of town there's a beach And a shopping centre

Tenerife, Canary Islands

4 out of 5
Tenerife was nice locally but apart from that there's Much to do but there is a sea life centre on the other side Off the island That's about €60 then from what I read you get a €15 voucher to put toward your lunch

La Palma, Canary Islands

4 out of 5

Funchal, Madeira

5 out of 5
Madeira was amazing I enjoyed the catamaran trip Cost me €40 For 3 hours that included snorkelling whale watching and drinks and food Literally a 20 minute walk from the ship and brings you back in time Best time to go is from 11 AM As the ship doesn't depart Late afternoon

Lanzarote

3 out of 5
Wasn't nothing locally I highly recommend you get a sure excursion booked

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Disabarcation was Very good we were designated into a specific area to wait If anything we should be given more time to Leave our rooms because everyone Had to leave their room at 8 AM and disembark the ship at 3:30 PM But lucky enough for me my disembarkation time was 12 o'clock

We sailed on the Azura 6 years ago and it was lovely then too. Did a great Excursion on Lanzarotte that included a restaurant which cooked over the volcanic vents.
