Review summary

Recently been on A811 to Canaries.Toilet was unservicable for a lot of the 13 days we were on board. Reported it 5 or more times. Was never repaired satisfactorily and consequently one was not confident going to the loo. Cabin was A643. (AVOID) Absolutely disgusting customer service regarding this problem. Therefore cannot believe the way some fellow passengers turn up their noses when you mention American cruise lines ! Ah, this is the life...................no flushing toilet!

We been on the azura and found it's was not a patch to other ships we been on they don't like if you complain about anything

Did you report it to Customer service in Southampton, if not do it. They are very helpful.

Sailed on the azura and love the ship. Seems you were the one out 3000 that was unlucky. Enjoy your american cruises
