Review summary
The cruise was wonderful. The ship is gorgeous; lots of space and lots of things to do. There are many restaurants, entertainment venues for music shows, theater shows, trivia. There were physical activities like dodgeball, bumper cars, etc. The pool deck was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The port locations were wonderful too. I only wish we had more time at some locations. The staff at the restaurants were especially helpful because they were able to accommodate my vegan diet with great cooked dishes like stir fry, Indian and Thai dishes. The only thing was that there weren’t *that* many different options but they definitely did a wonderful job with what they had.
The reason I rated 4/5 instead of 5/5 was because of the somewhat limited vegan options, the early close time of the Windjammer Cafe (especially for breakfast) and the entertainment. The entertainment was very professional and they did put on good shows but they weren’t really my thing. I really enjoyed the comedians but I don’t really care for musicals. I just wish there was more variety in the entertainment options – perhaps something from a more urban American culture or from cultures around The World – African, South Asian, etc.
Overall, the cruise was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others.
