Incredible Thanksgiving cruise. We've never spent Thanksgiving on a cruise ship but after the experience we had with American Cruise Lines I think we will always plan our future Thanksgivings aboard ACL. I hope you can read the menu, it was unbelievable the amount of dishes they had. Of course every dinner was great but what a fabulous day with 6 turkeys, hams, prime rib and every salad, side dish and desert you could imagine. Thanksgiving aside, this was a beautiful cruise with lots of opportunities to see Florida's unique wildlife. Be sure to take the Blue Springs State Park Manatee Excursion, wonderful. Loved all the cute little towns and cruising Florida's inter-coastal waterways. All the crew and even the Captain were very friendly and attentive to every guests request. American certainly does live up to its motto, "Small Cruising Done Perfectly". We hope to be back on the water with ACL next Thanksgiving.

New England Islands offers the best in scenery, history and preserved coastlines to add to your preferred bucket list. If you want a relaxed and leisurely coastal cruise with ample planned tours, activities suited to your interest with the addition of on board programs by professionals, you should consider this cruise.

Outstanding in every aspect, except initial info when booking re place to embark and parking. We were not told of possible stay and tour in Providence prior to sailing.

We didn't know Florida had rivers, a best kept secret. The rivers are relatively short thus there isn't a lot of time cruising, and a lot of time spent on excellent shore excursions. Do Not miss the Manatees!! The Entertainment Director Courtney, lecturer Mike, on-board artist Nancy, and great port tour guides all combined to give us a multi-dimensional perspective of the Great Rivers of Florida. Great memories.

This was a beautiful cruise and filled with lots of memories. The great staff and crew definitely enhanced every detail of our cruise. Our staterooms were comfortable and well appointed. Our meals were absolutely delicious. Each meal offered something for everyone. We got to visit and explore beautiful ports we had only heard of. Our excursions gave us many opportunities to explore and learn about the ports we visited and see this amazing river and some beautiful homes and structures. I think I could enjoy this cruise again many times over.

Traveling on the “Star” on the Eastern Seaboard was a great experience. I loved seeing the towns from the water that we have played golf. We did have some water level issues but ACL always does everything to keep us safe. I really appreciate that. Learning the history of the area and the food are always very special.

ACL always does a great job of cruising and hosting. None of our requests went unheeded. Other passengers we spoke with felt the same way. The menus and the meals were outstanding as was the service. Easy to order items not on the daily menu. Hpaay Hour gave us a great venue to meet other passengers and make new friends. All in all a great experience.
