Review summary

ACL always does a great job of cruising and hosting. None of our requests went unheeded. Other passengers we spoke with felt the same way. The menus and the meals were outstanding as was the service. Easy to order items not on the daily menu. Hpaay Hour gave us a great venue to meet other passengers and make new friends. All in all a great experience.

We have traveled on the ACL ships many times and always had wonderful crews taking good care of us but this time the entire crew was truly great.

While the American Star is on of ACL's older ships it has been well maintained and totaly spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was quite large and well furnished. Staff checked the room several time a day to make sure we were comfortable.
