Had a great first time experience on Royal Caribbean and would definitely book again. This was first short cruise and first time on a large ship and it exceeded my expectations. Had a great time!
Embarkation

Embarkation process was quick and easy from start to finish. Parking garage at port was convenient and efficient and plenty of staff in the terminal to process arriving guests. Was on the ship within about 15-20 minutes.

Food and Dining

Did not eat in the main dining room so windjammer was the main venue which had plenty of options to choose from and was replenished regularly. Staff were fun and friendly and quick to clean tables to allow for turnover on a big ship. It was crowded but to be expected on a large ship. Also ate at the hibachi grill one night which was fantastic and well worth the up charge. Would definitely do it again and try some of the other restaurants too. Also enjoyed the promenade cafe in the evening g for a light bite and dessert lite bites. All were great!
Onboard Activities

Plenty of scheduled activities throughout the day and also to observe. Plenty of seating at the pools and venues which was a pleasant surprise with a ship with so many passengers. Did not feel over crowded.
Entertainment

Went to Mamma Mia, Blades and the Ocean Aria show and enjoyed all of them. Talented performers. The band in Dazzles was fantastic—they did Big band and next set was Earth Wind and Fire tribute. Wish I had discovered them sooner, they were phenomenal!
Service and Staff

All of the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Cabins were clean and Windjammer staff really made you feel welcome and service was great
Ship Quality

Was concerned about booking on a ship this big as had only been on 1 prior cruise which was much smaller — was really pleasantly surprised and did not feel overcrowded and design was good in that there were plenty of areas to be in which prevented you feeling like everyone was in the same place at the same time. Crew were very quick on picking up dishes and clearing tables so everything was kept clean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Comfortable and clean with plenty of storage space. Once daily cabin service provided. Did not spend much time in the cabin—only for sleeping and showering so it was more than fine.
Disembarkation

Short cruise and drive to port so did not need luggage assistance or pick up so disembarkation was super fast and smooth. Good communication of time to leave and where to depart and was off the ship and in the car within 10-15
Minutes.
