Review summary

We have been on this ship 5 times and are seeing it go down hill. The same elevator that was out of service at Easter time was still out of service on this trip. She needs a good work over. DO NOT MOVE THE CRUISE COMPASS to digital, if you do a good 50% of the guests won't know what is going on.

For the first time we had to park in overflow lot, We were there way before our boarding time and the garage was filled up.

most of the time these areas were good but not great like they used to be

Balcony was dirty even after the ships crew cleaned them. the room needed general cleaning and the safe as worked on 3 times one time to mount it down It was on the table for them to see it. The attendant was a hard worker, but we got times mixed up because the magnets to let them know you are in or out of the room have been removed for some reasonI

Ship tip

If you are in the shops and see something you want, buy it NOW they have almost no stock and you won't be able to ge it latter or on the next trip. We have been looking for the same thing for 4 trips now , it is to the point that they say that is nice where did you get it. They see the ships name on the side and still haven't seen it for sale since they have been there.

We do the self departure get up stand in line have coffee and walk off with bag and are on the way home before most have had their breakfast
