Review summary

Great week. Thankful to be able to do such a vacation.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation keeps getting easier. The new RC terminal in Galveston is great.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food is good, nothing great. Seems like variety is being reduced. Personally I enjoyed the Indian food and jerk pork chop and jerk chicken.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Good variety, could always find something to do but also find quite spots.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Mama Mia was very good as were the aqua and skating shows. The music was very good. Everything else was solid.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Even when maybe not at there best they are always trying. Appreciate all the staff and their hard work.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Loved so much about the Allure. Did find it difficult to find shade on deck with a view of the ocean. Most loungers and deck chairs tied in place. I understand but also frustrating not being able to move them some.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was fine. Inside cabin with a window over Central Park. The room was adjoining but not an issue.

Ship tip

Book the shows early but don’t be afraid to standby if you don’t get one. Many had room.

Ports of call

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

4 out of 5
Enjoy Roatan, beautiful! Victor Bodden tours always does a nice job.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Crazy zigzag through a dining room to get out. Seems like there is a better way. Over all it wasn’t too bad.
