Review summary

Dreadful post cruise service. I was overcharged by $1000 and after 3.5 hours on the phone not sorted. RC phone support clearly willing to destroy my goodwill and ruin the overall experience. I doubt we will use either company again.

Did you bid $1000? Royal up bids are based on double occupancy, so you would have been charged $2000 total with a bid of $1000/person.
