Review summary

Fun ship. Not as large or overwhelming as I thought it would be. We had a great time. My only suggestion for activities would be slides. My kids loved the splash zone, flow rider, rock wall and zip line, but they mentioned wanting slides. Customer service was great. However we had several issues with our bill and being charged for things we didn’t buy or missing OBC. Glad I kept a close watch on the folio.

That has happened to me multiple times with things being charged to my Seapass that I didn’t spend. So far they have been good with taking those off the bills. Looking forward to the Allure, we go on it this July. Thanks for the input.
