Although many shops and restaurants are included in your cruise\, it feels like everywhere you turn Royal Caribbean tries to nickel and dime you with up charges. It gets annoying. Other than that\, we had an amazing time and there seems to be something for everyone here. The spa staff were very pushy of their sales products but once you tell then you just want to relax and aren't interested\, it is a much better experience.

Food and Dining

Buffet was plentiful but mediocre. Specialty restaurants were amazing and worth the up charge except Izumi which we were very disappointed with. They need a better dinner selection. Or if they offered hibachi they would make a killing.

Quality of entertainment is great if you plan ahead and book your tickets early. We missed out on many shows because they only allow a small portion to book reservations to allow walk ins later\, but then you have to fight crowds to get in to a show. Wish there were more viewing times for the big shows to space out the heavy crowds.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Most bar service staff were friendly if they were behind counters\, but if walking around they all seemed like you were bothering them to order a drink. Everyone else was very friendly. (Note\, this did not apply to the staff in the casinos. They were all very friendly)

Ship Quality

Hate that you cannot walk consistently across a floor. We found ourselves having to go up or down a level just to get on the other side and my husband was already familiar with the boat.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room was spacious and had storage in all the right places. Exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Specialty restaurant up charges
