We haven’t been on a cruise in 7 years. I heard you have to make reservations for shows in advance now. Can someone please explain how that works? We are going in July. Thanks!

when we were on the Allure a few years ago, you had to make a reservarion for the shows or you did not get in. we had to do it once onboard, that may have changed. Download the app for sure.

I was on Allure in January and was able to make reservations starting in October. Make sure to start checking your app and once available you will start seeing the option to reserve. They do book up fast and even though we had no problem waiting in the no reservation line for the ice show it may be harder in July.

You won’t be able to make show reservations until closer to sail date. I’d check the app periodically to see when they show up in the cruise planner to make reservations as early as possible. So that you don’t miss out on the day and time most convenient for you. I believe you can make dining reservations as soon as you book your cruise. If you have my time dining, go ahead and make those reservations in the app now. Those too fill up quickly.
