I heard back from someone in my Facebook group, laundry turnaround time in December was 24 hours. :)

We used it on Ovation in October. Great 24 hr service, but it varies - and they have special price discounts if you watch your Cruise Compass. Tip We used was, roll all your clothes tightly, because they charge by what you can fit in the bag. We fit a LOT in one bag 😁 Enjoy !
