We done this many times love the biometrics way of doing things our only issue was tha when the scanned our luggage they stopped us and said our multiple plug that we order on the shipmate app right after the pandemic when we restarted our cruising again and we used on adventure of the seas on 1,17,2022 on Anthem 3,6,2022 Grandeur 7,21,22 and we had Security Inspector Jenaro and her witness Aretha stating this was a forbidden item that was under the category of extension cord ( surge protector) and explained the ice had used that 3 times last year they didn’t want to hear anything from us about this. Just check and still advertised on the shipmate app as a item to safely use on any cruise lines

We had another wrinkle we had my time dinning and not able to make any reservations till around 8:30 8:45 not able to attend the different shows we called spoke with a lady that said come down and see if we can ,we’ll we went down and told us with out checking on her computer if there was any possibility our even asking what cabin or if we were crown members (which we a have Diamond. Status ) she just sorry all tables have reservations only able to accommodate till 8:30 on the last night at 8:30 we approached the other gentleman working on main dining who after asking how come we had not have been with them till the last night and we explained the situation he promptly apologized and rushed a table for us and later the floor supervisor talked to us about it and apologized again we told him we did wanted to create any kind of scenes but maybe that that other lady may required a refresh on her duties or abilities on customer service
