Review summary

It was ok to just relax. I really wasn't happy with the food except 2 night in the main dining room were great. Very disappointed in Windjammer food selection. Had ro spend alot of time standing in Zoom line due to service not working and had to stand in customer service multiple times for different issues.

A little disappointed with our balcony Cabin this time. Cabin was not very updated. The sliding door was hard to open and made some kind of noise all night. The safe didn't work well and alot of the drawers were loose and wobbly. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever had. Stateroom Attendant was excellent though.

Ship tip

The entertainment is subpar. The food on this ship did not meet my expectations.

I agree with you on the mattresses. Sleeping on them is like sleeping on concrete! I always ask my stateroom attendant to put a mattress topper on when we embark. It does help somewhat. It’s a shame that the mattresses I sleep in our pre cruise hotels are better than than RC’s mattresses 😒
