This cruise was the second my son invited me on. The first was Holland America and I felt it far superior.

disappointed that buffet only offered for lunch and breakfast. NO happy hour, took home Holland America souvenier glasses& shot glasses that I love. Couldn't even afford bar drinks on your ship. Very sad.

Room steward, Nyoman was incredible. Also Ferit in dining room always took time to greet and make us feel welcome. Also 2 dining room waiters were very good.

really loved the large window and the small frig. Nyoman kept the room/bathroom very clean.

Ship tip

Start Happy Hour, cheap glasses with your logo make lasting memories of a good time. Make movies accessable from staterooms, got caught in major rainstorm during Wonder Woman, would love to have been able to see the end!

Disembarkation

First stop was a joke, a bad one. The dolphins in a swimming poor made me so sad and the barkers in every door of shops made me feel unsafe. The second stop was better with an excursion to Playa Mia.

Thanks for the review. We have cruised with both Royal Caribbean and Holland America. While we enjoyed both. We found the food, entertainment and service on Royal Caribbean to be much better than Holland America. Everyone’s tastes are different.
