Review summary
As a Diamond member with RCCL, I can only say that the quility of service has gone down dramatically. Not enough staff to accommodate all of the passengers. At the pool I had to get up several times to get a drink & when I did there was a line of people ahead of me waiting. Dinning room service was rushed & food was always room temperature. No smiles from staff. Also staff wasn't aware of where things (restaurants, spa, lounges etc).
Ports were great. Tours were terrible, always late, not as described. My tour in Aruba was so short that I never got in the ocean! It was supposed to be a beach tour.
I would definitely not recommended this cruise.
