Review summary

Staff was great, food was average and the ship was very crowded, which I understand isn't typical. Weather was pretty close to perfect. Rooms are beginning to feel dated but the overall ship was immaculate. Giovannis was a lovely treat and one of the best meals we had. Staff overall was one of the best crews we've ever had. Ports were good, excursions we were not impressed at all.

our original pillows were terrible but our steward managed to get her hands on some down pillows-if the cruise line is planning to switch to those pillows we originally had, I can tell you we will never go on RC again.

Ship tip

Staying in PR the nite before made the trip so much more enjoyable--the people we met in PR were amazing.
