Review summary

The ship, it's staff and service was exellent. The food preparation and variety were excellent and service superior. The pre boardiing and boarding was not good at all too long of a wait and double lines. Would not sail out of San Juan again. Also two of the on shore excurisions were not well done. But overall as stated above the ship, staff and on board experience was excellent, would sail on ship again but out of another port.

"Also the Entertainmanet was excellent a lot of variety and great performances." Great presentations.

Service and Staff

Could have been a little better getting on board and also getting off for the excursions not much coordination from ship staff and excursion companies. Directions, meeting points etc.

Ship Quality

Only down side was the elevators. Too many people crowding on and waiting was not a good thing. Better graphics and instructions I think "could" possibly help.

Cabin / Stateroom

Would do a junior suite next time. A little small but adequate and very clean. Environment was comfortable.

Pros: The Service and the Ship we enjoyed it very much. The staff was excellent as well as the food. Ship was well maintained.

Cons: The waiting in line not very efficient. Also two of the on shore excurisions not well done.
