Had inside cabin 9263 on Adventure of the Seas and the bed was rock hard. The cabin steward tried his best bringing in 4-5 mattress toppers but they were not thick and not much use even after I doubled them over. I ended up sleeping on extra pillows he supplied. RC definitely needs to upgrade to pillowtop mattresses or at least provide a true mattress topper that is at least 2 inches thick.

The cleanliness, size, and overall comfort was good. The sofa looked dirty and was tattered on the ends. The sofa looked very worn and outdated The carpet had stains on them The bed itself had noticeable hard areas

Exciting, need sunlight in my cabin and great staff by skeee626

This was my first cruise I need sunlight. It was difficult for me to get used to not having any sunlight in my room and the shower was too small. But overall my room and bathroom were clean.
