If there had been electric outlets by the bed, I would have given 5 stars. No easy way to plug in a phone or CPAP by the bed.

Lovely Suite, a little smaller than the Grand and Owners Suites we've been in. but still very roomy. My only gripe about the Junior Suite is it doesn't quite get the level of service the other suites get.

Through "Royal Up" we were upgraded to a 1-bedroom grand suite. The room was excellent, and we had no problems with getting and staying asleep. The room attendant was excellent and provided us with exceptional service which was unobtrusive and consistent. We did not see him much, but the suite was kept immaculate and stocked.

The size was adequate, all of the amenities were adequate and the balcony is always an enjoyed feature. The décor felt dated but no real complaints.
