We were disappointed on this cruise.  There is too much down time filled with only money making schemes.  I don't consider "sales" in the shops onboard to be an activity.  Or bingo games where you can win 10K if a miracle occurs.  Having to win Bingo on a powerball number AND under 45 numbers means no one wins it and Carnival knows it.  If you don't like to be drunk or lay at the pool, there is nothing to do.  I doubt too many guests want to buy fine art or listen to Andrew ramble on about buying tanzanites or diamonds.  The service in the Celebration dining room was incredibly slow.  We went on Elation in 2012 and had excellent dining service.  If you're going to offer anytime dining, it needs to be on par with the scheduled dining.  I didn't get a discount to have anytime dining.  On the last morning of the cruise after our suitcases were taken, my husband was told he couldn't wear a tank top in the dining room.  We didn't have our suitcases so we had to eat at the buffet.  After seeing people break rules in the dining room even on elegant night, it pissed me off that we were turned away even though I can wear a tank top just not my husband(makes no sense).  I know there have to be rules but to enforce them an hour before the cruise is over and allow people to dress like pigs all week seems ridiculous.  More than likely it's a way to get people off the ship more quickly even though it took hours longer than it should have to get off.  I noticed there was no attempt to monitor luggage numbers causing people in front of us to be 22 when we were 15.  Because it seems Carnival doesn't care, they just want everyone off so the next victims can get on and spend money.  Royal Caribbean doesn't have nearly as much downtime or poor service.  No more Carnival.
