The ship was old, but well maintained. The crew was great! The food was good. We had a nice, relaxing trip, which was what we wanted. We also got a balcony cabin for a great price.

The ship was very clean. The food was very good. Not enough hand sanitaion stations. The staff was always pleasant and polite. The shows were only average at best. The lounges and bars were only open at certain times as was the library. All in all, I would not travel Princess again.

This cruise was absolutely awesome. The crew made sure we had everything we needed and the cabin was huge (compared to cruise ship cabins).

We had a wonderful time and it was a great was to celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful ship with a comfortable and well-appointed stateroom. All processes from embarkation to immigration check-in to disembarkation were extremely well organized. Every staff member seemed to understand that as a passenger on board the Star Sapphire, you were a 'guest' in their 'home'. Lovely cruise.

The ship was great.

For being 10 years old, the ship was in great shape, the staff was working hard to keep it that way! Compared to other cruises, the food was average to good, we expected a bit more.

The ship was just the right size but the 4 day cruise is not long enough. The entertainment was mediocre at best. I was a little disappointed in the dining service as the previous Princess cruise the table service was outstanding. We felt as though we were being rushed this time.

Ship smaller than some, very clean, many rooms with balconies

Enjoyed the sunshine and the covered areas when too cool.

Overall great time

The staff was superb. I would never take the Statendam again because of the smoke. Had I known this was a smoking ship I never would have signed up for it

A city traveling across water...

We recently sailed on the Celebrity Millenum and we enjoyed it very much. We were treated fabously by the entire crew, and espically so by our table waiter and the assistant waiter.

This is a typical great experience on a well run, clean, friedndly vessel.
