Third cruise with Carnival, good ship, good service provided by all staffs.

Had a great time, very good weather and very relaxing.

Carnival has really stepped up their game. From the rapid embarkation, fantastic quality of food at the main dining room, much improved debarkation and technology improvements (Sail and sign Card) this was our favorite cruise ever.

Weather was great! Ports were good. Casino smoke was overwhelming; blend into Piazza. Future Cruise Consultant was insulting. Cabin layout was excellent. Crown Grill was good. Cruise cards wouldn't work for first few days; had to keep going back to front desk

Service in the dining room and from the room steward was excellent. The entertainment options were weak. Our favorite thing was the Movie Under the Stars.

Enjoyed warm weather. Other than Cabo, there wasn't much of interest. Enjoyed Cabo.

Food was better than expected. The service beat our expectations. Getting on and off the ship was outstanding. Very unexpected.

The ship is a bit outdated, but it was spotless! The crew on board was fabulous, very courteous and helpful. We had a balcony room, and loved it. Every morning we had our coffee and fresh fruit out there. The food was top notch, we enjoyed ordering room service for breakfast every day.

I would still recommend this cruise to our friends because overall, we had fun being there.

It was our first cruise and it was wonderful. We had a marvelous time. Everything was great. The room was spacious and well appointed; the ship was clean and the staff were fabulous! We are already planning our next adventure!

We have cruised several times before and upon boarding the Splendor we realized we needed to lower our expectations if we were going to have a good week. The maintenance of the ship is very poor, rust is everywhere. The decor is worn out pink and black. The entertainment was poor (talented performers) but our first night of entertainment so many of the passengers actually got up a left before it was over. Very few on board activities, especially if you don't drink alcohol or want to gamble. Guest Services was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned well and regularly.

The beach excursion is a joke not worth what we paid. Was very disappointed as it's a beach with a guard and a chain link fence. The chairs are chairs you get at Walmart, No lounge chairs. The water stinks and is muddy/sandy. There is nowhere to was the mud/sand off when your done. The kids were full of sand. Just thought it was going to be a beach at a resort. family of 4 cost $90. For what you get stay on the ship!!!

Did not like the fact that people where smoking marijuana on the ship

I was very unhappy with guests service I called was put on hold for 40 minutes then someone answered and hung up on me some of the crew don’t know the ship I asked them where I wanted to go they send me to the wrong place just say u don’t know. Gary batiste batiste@my.com

WONDERFUL NEW SHIP, GREAT SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT IN ALL VENUES.

Used ShipMate.com which was a wonderful app. to find out more about local beaches and things to do. Did love the Land and Sea excursion for Cabo. The food was good, staff was excellent, room was comfortable and seas were calm. Was happy that this cruise turned out much better than anticipated.

Relaxing and well managed cruise with friendly service and good food and drink.

We have been cruising this particular cruise 7 times, and enjoy it so much. The service throughout the ship is outstanding, with so many things to do. We seem to be always busy throughout the ship, but enjoy our balcony very much, too. We plan to go on the same cruise again next year.
