Bon voyage vacation by shanepehrson

Pretty fun and relaxing. The day at sea was cold. The night activities were great for my older kids. We felt safe on the boat and enjoyed the food and drinks.

Battery Recharging Much Needed by goofatheart

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

We needed to get away, be together unbothered by daily life, and be pampered just a bit. We know this is exactly what we get aboard the Navigator of the Seas, or on any Royal Caribbean Cruise. It's exactly what the Dr. ordered.

Good but problems by hatcherleonjoan

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

Horrible brawl on last evening. Continued way longer than it should have. Received minor injuries as innocent bystander. Little to no security response. Not in a bar but at the promenade with elderly and children. Felt like rc was not concerned with safety of the guests

Relaxing short cruise by sfm824

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Carnival Radiance / Destination: Mexico

More and better information could have been provided about the WIFI and how to use and what to expect. Drinking water should be supplied in the cabin by the Cruise line at no cost .

Was a great experience with a lot of activities on board for all ages! by jkancherlapalli

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

Overall a great cruise. Kid's clubs can be more fun with more organized activities. Entertainment and shows can be more. The last day Dance party was super fun! Food menu for main dining got super boring by day 2. Same items everyday and especially for vegetarians not at all good. Rooms were very smelly and musty! The hallways of the staterooms were smelly too..

Initially I thought that only dinner was included in the complimentary package, but I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of free food available on the ship. Great service from the staff!

It was great to get back to cruising! My family had a great time onboard the Panorama. There are lots of activities for everyone and lots of places to find a bite to eat. Mexico was amazing all our ports were fun and made for fabulous memories.

Disappointing by barbiezken

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Panorama / Destination: Mexico

this was probably our worst cruise experience, we had to reach out to the Maitre'd about the poor service in the MDR. The White Night event was on the last night of the cruise at Midnight when you have to get ready to get off the boat @8am.

Had a wonderful time aboard the Panorama! our first cruise by boobof

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Carnival Panorama / Destination: Mexico

Overall a great time, crew and the staff, Joey the cruise director, really have their system down and know how to make your cruise as fun and enjoyable as possible. Room attendants do a great job in making sure you have everything you need.

Above and beyond great, we were blown away by kingricardo3

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Navigator of the Seas / Destination: Mexico

The cruise was above and beyond what we were expecting. It was my first time on a cruise and my wife and two kids as well. There was so much entertainment on the ship you dont even need to get off  at the stops. The workers are everywhere and they treat you like a king and call you sir and they are all so friendly. Most of the workers are from the Philippines and Indonesia and India, they are all so humble and incredibly friendly. The food was fabulous, the buffet by the pool was great and the Windjammer buffet was great. Tons of choice of what to eat. I do have some suggestions. The smoking area is right where the free ice cream bar is by the pool. It couldn't be in a worse location. So when your kids are standing in line to get an ice cream cone they will be breathing cigarette smoke, aweful!  Move the smoking area away from where all the kids are, the smoke travels. Also they need to warm up the pools, the water is freezing so all the kids crowd into the jacuzzi where the main pool is. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we can wait to book our next cruise. Don't forget to tip the workers cash, they get paid Jamaican wages. It's an American company yes, but they don't pay them American wages, they pay them Jamaican wages. So barely anything. You get charges 15 dollars a day per customer in gratuities, but that's barely enough to go around for the 2,000 workers. They work 10 hour days, 7 days a week. Ask any of them.
