Beautiful well appointed ship.. very clean... friendly staff ... more bartenders needed and more wait staff needed for pool service... Cagney's food was below average. Specialty dining not worth the extra cost and service was extremely slow. Also I do not recommend Wifi and internet package.... Excellent water slides and kid wet areas. The Spa was too large which in turn took away from the gym area.

Mazaltan port of call was canceled due to Hurricane Sergio, Port of Ensenada, very poor and run down area, not very clean.I think this port should be eliminated from itinary. Ship was beautiful, stateroom corridors were very narrow, could be a challenge for some people to navigate. Crew and Staff were very friendly and professional, lots of smiles, when I needed help they were very helpful.

I thought the ship was beautiful. Staff were amazing. I like going to the shows at night so was disappointed that they only had one big show. Pool are was small for a ship that size. They really need to add a second pool area on these size ships.

Love Disney cruises, very clean cabins, great food, staff is friendly, and very helpful. I am booking another Disney Cruise for next year.

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 days away on the Carnival Imagination. Fabulous, quick getaway to relax, enjoy great shows and great food. It cant be beat.

This run to Cabo with an overnight is a great itinerary. I love the fact that you get two days in Cabo. But this was overshadowed by the problems on the ship. The air conditioning on nearly every floor went out for two days during the peak humidity near Cabo. The food on the ship with the exception of the pizza and the burgers was very poor. Some of the staff are rude. And the drinks are overpriced.

Overall the entire cruise was fantastic. The staff was very courteous and made us feel welcome.

Our 1st ocean cruise and it was very nice. The staff is wonderful, room very clean. Restaurants were good. Had a good time.

Been on many Carnival Cruise Line cruises and never have we experienced a trip like this one. Do hope you take this survey serious.

This was the worst of the 3 Carnival cruises I have taken...NOT sure I will take another Carnival Cruise...

This was our first cruise, we took the entire family (all 7 us us, includes 2 adult kids, a son & daughter-in-law and a 5 year old granddaughter) and we all had a wonderful cruise experience on the Disney Wonder. Our timing was not so good, as we had to re-route behind Hurricane Rosa, and the waters were really rocky for our 1st 3 days.

Cruise was good. Some of the cruise staff were very good at there jobs.

Boarding was easy. The swimming pools were crowded. The food was excellent. The engine was noisy at night. The entertainment was good, except for the final comedy show. (The language was horrible and it was not funny). The band that performed every night on the 3rd floor stage was excellent. Getting off the ship was very easy. My wife and I were told that we would each get a $50 credit on our bill and this didn't happen. It was a nice cruise overall.

First cruise and had the best experience ever. Definitely would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a good time.

Staff was great at their job, and very friendly. Troy the head of housekeeping was awesome he knew our name and made us feel at home. If you go to ensanada and do the blow hole tour wait to buy your souvenirs there. They are better quality and cheaper than in town. At the habana banana you can play with tigers, lions, and panthers. There is a ton of free samples. In Catalina it is pretty expensive but very pretty! The candy shop where you can see them make the tardy is the best! This was our first cruise and we will definitely book through carnival again!
