The seas from Long BEACH to HAWAII and back were rough as we were forewarn. Many people such as my wife became ill. The amenities , activities , and food were great.

Such a great way to see Hawaii! This one rates as one of our top vacations. We will definitely try to do this one again in the future.

The ship should have a more tropical Hawaiian feel to it. The staff needs to be motivated to work there. If the buffet will remain the same everyday, then the dining options should change daily.

Had a wonderful time on board and in ports. We would have liked a little more time at each port but overall this was a great cruise.

Took a tour in every port, all booked with Holland America. Hard to say any one better than the other, all fantastic yet different Probably the best was the helicopter flyover of the lava flows, but sadly, all the activity had passed and we did not even see steam. If you are afraid of a long sea voyage, do not worry. we had flt seas both ways. It was late Nov. We did a transatlantic in Oct, the North Sea. Flat all the way, For the most part the captains can sail away from storms. One very, very good thing. -- Both Holland America and Princess have ditched CNN in favor of Fox News, so no putting up with 24 hrs on non stop HATE!!!

Great time-benefits were above any problems-2 items I mentioned about food and singers and dancers. The comedy guys were super-piano player great Just a relaxing time-would suggest it to any one You have to get you interned and Wi-Fi costs down to a reality level

Overall, the family had a great time. We ate what we wanted, where we wanted. The kid was well-cared for, freeing the adults to enjoy themselves. And tours were all fabulous. Only booked one thru NCL (Helicopter), but could have saved money going direct to the pier vendors.

Every thing was good but bedbugs made our night horrible

The service staff (room stewards, diningrooms) were outstanding. They really wanted to please you. The condition of the ship was disappointing since we'd been told that it had just been refurbished in 2017. Elevators rattled, the drawers in our stateroom wouldn't close, and interestingly, the exterior floors were very slippery. The Captain was very outstanding - very friendly; very experienced. Would love to sail with him again.

Lovely ship with impeccable service onboard. First time trying the Club Class and were very impressed.

Nothing to do unless your rich or extremely old. No one our age and nothing to do. Most excuraions we wanted to do were sold out or cancelled. Was moved to C252 due to our room started pooring water in on us the first night while in bed gr3at way to start honeymoon, unknown water drenching you in bed

We had sort of low expectations so were very pleased with our cabin and the service staff. The ship was very clean and well maintained. Shows were very good. All in all a very enjoyable experience and one we would recommend.

This is a great cruise because you don't have any wasted time at sea. You are in a port every day, so you have more time to explore the islands you came to see!

Cruise was excellent. Staff was outstanding. Special kudos to Racquel and Ritchie in Almafi dining room.

From the start everything went off like clockwork. The ship was beautiful and clean. It had a few bumps and scratches on the elevator doors. The Captain was awesome and extremely visible. His ship announcements were entertaining. The production shows were top notch. Good variety of food and was tasty. Overall it was a great cruise.

Our cruise went very smoothly with good weather and smooth sailing. Our room steward was amazing. She was extremely friendly and cheerful. She went out of her way to greet us in the hall as we went by any room she was making up. The food was excellent in the buffets and the dining rooms. I had no problems getting a chaise by the pool.
