Ship: Costa Pacifica / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

I enjoyed my trip on Costa Pacifica 7 day cruise. It was wonderful experience and I am glad I had chance to spend time on your cruise. I had my family with me, kids older ages. They had good time. Food was good: we had buffet food for breakfast and lunch, and dinner in the My Way restaurant. Staff were friendly. Entertaintment was not as best but OK. Seems people age of 50-60 having fun on dance floors and shows they were offerring. TV channels were good, spent time watching TV. Ate well. Gym was good, but closes to early. Spa and sauna were OK, again close at 10PM or before that. In general it was good service for value we paid.

This was a fabulous cruise! by donnahooper

Entire crew was fantastic. Most accomodating, especially given that the airlines lost our luggage for 7 days. Staff of the RC went out of their way to make things as pleasant for us as they possibly could. Could not have asked for more.

Fun cruise by corinnabailey

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. The ship was smaller than many of the large lines, with the feeling of a 'boutique cruise.' The ship was recently renovated and looks it. Everything was clean and fresh.

An Epic Cruise by 855GR8TRIP

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Epic / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The best thing about this cruise is the itinerary. I loved all of the ports: Barcelona, Rome, French Riviera, and Naples. They were all wonderful. There are tips for enjoying each that are important and definitely protect your valuables, theft is high in all the ports. The thing I liked best about the Epic is the Norwegian service is always top notch, they really care about pleasing their customers and get to know you and your needs. The entertainment was fantastic. I loved Blue Man Group especially and the Cirque Dreams dinner is well worth the cost, get the seating in the upper level for the best experience. All of the shows in the Epic Theater are free but you do need reservations. There was confusion about this and some people missed out on these wonderful shows because they thought there was a cost. My biggest disappointment was the food choice. They have absolutely wonderful specialty restaurants which cost extra, but for the included meals, although the quality is good, there is not much variety for a long cruise. I am a chocolate lover and didn't find anything the whole week to satisfy that craving. Norwegian has great entry prices, but they do charge extra for a lot of things. If you want to go to the ice bar, there's a cover, to bowl, and other activities, plus the great specialty restaurants. Plus at some ports, you are not allowed to walk off of the ship and you need to either have an excursion booked or use their shuttle which they charge for. Still the overall value is very good, just be ready to pay a little extra on board to make the most of the experience. I am a travel agent and took my mother who uses a walker, we booked a balcony cabin and we were disappointed with the size of the cabin. We needed to walk sideways around the bed to get to the couch near the balcony and the walker was seriously in the way most of the time. If you have any mobility issues, you should get the accessible cabins for more space. Having the balcony was wonderful. I spent many serene moments sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and scenery. I can't imagine cruising any other way. I would be happy to answer any questions about any cruises you may be interested in taking.

Great sites, but exhausting by MichelleO830468

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Liberty of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The ship was spotless and our balcony cabin was great. Our steward and other cabin service was exceptional. We were, however disappointed in the dining - both the selection and service. We paid extra for \"our time dining\" and on two nights we had the same table and waitstaff. On both nights our order was not correct. In the buffet restaurant the servers did not serve drinks and they did not clear used plates.

Great destinations by GW10844709

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Liberty of the Seas / Destination: Europe - Western Mediterranean

The common spaces are beautiful, as nice as on fancier lines. The staterooms were relatively spacious and well laid out. The shampoo is now in a wall dispenser and they don't give you much soap so bring your own. Staff very well trained. Entertainment and things to do better than most ships. Food very average.

Very First Cruise by Lizheather

This was my first cruise, and I will absolutely go on another one. Specifically an Alaskan cruise, since I've heard those are supposed to be insane. For a first experience, this was a memorable one.

Awesome and totally worth it. by RajashreeSuppiah

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends

Really had a wonderful time and thought that free style cruising was a brilliant idea. Kept thinking it would work great for my family (big) who all have their own ideas and plans. This way everyone gets to do their own thing and meet up at meals or other pre-determined events nly.
