Love itinerary. Boat and service need some improvement by krb0623

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Explorer of the Seas

Overall a great itinerary. The port is far from Venice, and it’s expensive for transportation. The cleaning of the boat on a daily basis should be improved cups, and plates were left out all day, long and tables on the deck. We’re not wiped down very disappointed overall in cleanliness.

Overall the ship is a disappointment. Old, tired ship and lacking quality in food and entertainment, despite the trying effort of the staff.

This Perfect cruise for seeing the best Greek Islands and More by durhamb

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Azamara Quest

This was the perfect cruise for seeing the best Greek island stops along with Ephesus in Turkey with the shortest amount of cruise days. Azamara is the best with the culturally immersive experiences and the smaller, more intimate all-inclusive cruising experience. I fully recommend this cruise as an excellent choice!

Cruise had great and not so great moments by Eliofs

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Norwegian Getaway

Overall we had a great time. The perks and discounts offered by were a big plus. The cruiseship staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the excursions booked with Shore Excursions were not as advertised. The flight purchased from was disappointing.

The ports were wonderful for those who enjoy history, archeology, stunning scenery and the opportunity to acquire handmade rugs. The celebrity experience was defined by the talented, courteous, fun staff. Overall, a very good cruise.

Holy land by juspikey

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Jade

The room cabin balcony was the worst room ever with the 3rd bed blocking walkway to balcony. Banged my head everyday. The rest of ship was great including staff. The tour was great except for my tour guy in Jerusalem.

Family Cruise Trip by FunAtSea02

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Jade

Overall the cruise was fine and the itinerary is what attracted us to take this ship. Since the time spent at the ports were limited, may want to go back and visit. Especially Jerusalem since there is so much more to see.

Awesome 2 week cruise by devery

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Oosterdam

Sum the waitress was awesome and everyone at customer service deserves so much respect. We dealt with Daniel, Julio, Cardela, Melony and they were there for lost luggage, to lost hats, to lost souveniers and any other issues that came up.

Overall a good cruise, but the last-second itinerary change left us scrambling to adjust pre-paid excursions (very stressful) and we didn't get to see Venice at all, the very port we bought this cruise for. Total lack of communication by NCL. by KamalBusaidy

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Gem

Overall, we had fun. Party of 8. We enjoyed this cruise more than most others we have been on. It did not seem to be as crowded in shared spaces, which made a huge difference. However, the omission of Venice, and the lack of communication from NCL was extremely disappointing and stressful. There was no need for that. I won't trust NCL to communicate truthfully and openly with me in the future. I am positive they purposefully did not inform us of the change in itinerary. I can't imagine why they thought that would be a good idea though. There were a lot of frustrated and angry passengers, needless to say.

Perhaps too many ports by NatPatBen22

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Enchantment of the Seas

Food was delicious, better than expected after cruising a couple of other cruise lines in the past year. Not much put into onboard activities likely because the ports were the focus on the Mediterranean cruise.

Disappointed with Haven Amenities by rsmorg

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Jade

Very disappointed with Haven amenities. We expected same level service and amenities as Haven on Encore and was never told by anyone from or NCL during booking process that the Haven experience is completely different than the larger ships. There was no private dining, bar, coffee lounge, library/game room, and a very small Haven pool area and sun deck. We expressed our concerns with NCL management and were basically told we should have read the fine print. The least they could have offered was a future credit, but on more than one occasion NCL management has not tried to remedy the situation. Very disappointed that our trip was very expensive and our expectations were not met and that NCL doesn't seems to care. I would not recommend Haven status to anyone on this level of ship.

Very busy Greek island cruise by ricparadise

Just a very busy cruise without sea days for relaxing, so expect to see a lot of sights and wind up really tired at the end of each day.
