crew on ship really try their best ..... they really want us to come back!!!!

The experience was better than I expected! The service was excellent, bed was so comfortable, and food was good!

The cruise itself was great ... the weather did not cooperate. Staff was excellent!!

This was a fun cruise, but nothing special. However, the price was right. We enjoyed it, and still managed to gain weight. I felt like most of the time we entertained ourselves as the things that were listed as activities were "sale of bingo cards" or jewelry sale in the jewelry store.

I The Wonder of the Seas did not disappoint. It was our third cruise on that class of ship. The food and the staff were all amazing. Entertainment was OK. The aqua show was probably our favorite. Voices and Effectors were not what we expected. Technology and music were wonderful. We definitely missed the Broadway Hairspray Musical from the Symphony. The aqua show on the Oasis was by far our favorite.

Overall this cruise was enjoyable for myself and my family. Ports were interesting and I was very pleased that something has been done about all the peddlers swarming you as soon as you get off the ship. It was a pleasure to walk around and shop on "our" terms instead of theirs. Ship is well maintained with the only complaint being the quality of food seems to be lower and the singers in the shows need voice lessons. Also, was double charged on an item at the Fun Shops. Contacted Carnival and they sent me to a third party for the charges because they don't handle this. Now dealing with them trying to straighten all this out.

Love this cruise and the ports. The embarkation and disembarkation was easy and fast. Ship was great and very nice even if it is older it has been kept up so nice.

This was a great cruise from beginning to end. Great organization in the way you're routed onto the ship. Great presentation when you enter the ship, it was truly amazing! The service was spectacular throughout the entire trip.

Overall the cruise was great. We were on the Aft of the ship and there was extra noise and vibration sometime.

Good trip except for one of the excusions. Great staff and the food was very good. They need to do something about people reserving chairs around pool.

The cruise was 7 days which was good, the weather was mostly chilly,but I was with family so it was good, miss it already

We had a great time on Enchantment Of The Seas! Can't wait to do it again.

I would recommend this ship but not dining room food. Also make casino smoke free

Very disappointed in this cruise. The casino was closed for more than half of it due to having to stay overnight in Cozumel and the storm encountered on the way back. The bars were also closed on the way back due to the storm. We don't really feel there was much value for our money. Not sure if we will sail with Royal Caribbean again or not.

Adjohanie Francisco, Shanice Kellier, Artem Kolobashkin and Ketut (from housekeeping, I forget his last name) are all exemplary staff members. I pray that I see them on my next trip because they really set the bar high.

This was first time using the Galveston Port, certainly will not be the last.

Had a great time but the seas were very rough so the placement of my room made me a little seasick. Overall I would go back again and again though, I had a fantastic time.
