A vendor tried to sell our family a trip to Manhattan at $27/ea. When we didn't respond quickly to his liking he threw a tantrum and left. Cheapest way out of the port is take a shuttle for $4 to the light-rail then take the PATH to Manhattan $2.25

It was bit difficult to find the parking lot. The directions to the car parking is not clear. The security guy yelled at us for not entering throught the right entrance. There was not clear directions to enter the parking lot.

Customs area...only had 2 staff working to handle 3000 passengers! was very slow and made us late for our NYC tour...we were first to get off the ship and no excuse to have such little staff.
