Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey Port Reviews

This port should be expanded to provide more transportation access. It is too close to NYC to not have buses and/or transport to a bus/train for NYC and/or Newark Airport. A couple's transportation fell through when returning, and was quoted $150 to get a ride to Manhattan. Fortunately/unfortunately we squeezed them into our vehicle to assist them.

Parking is only $30/Day vs NY and Brooklyn which are $50 per day.

If Bayonne and environs fall into the sea I would pity the fish.

no excursion but port was clean and moved us all in and out fast! we loved this

We only boarded the ship here. The view of the Statue of Liberty and New York skyline was fabulous on departure day!

Makes you think what it was like for legal immigrants to see her when they arrived.

no excursion, I live here. ;) You can get to NYC very quickly, see the Statue of Liberty from Liberty State Park in Jersey City, get to Newark Airport, etc.

Easiest place for embarkation. Very close to Liberty State Park, the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan. Visit the 9/11 memorial at the cruise port.

staff was GREAT. Just an ugly area but you do get to see NYC on the way out.
