nothing to do right where the ship is docked. We did the Kennedy Space Center tour, but like every one will tell you, 5 hours is not even close to being long enough to fully experience most of the site

It was clean and easy to board the ship. Drove from Orlando to board.

We were in Cocoa Beach. I like the area but a lot of traffic. Good food, beaches, stores and hotels.

Port was easy to get into and lots of helpful folks to direct us where to go. Great for a first time cruiser like us.

My son and I went to Escape Cocoa Beach in the morning before boarding in the early afternoon. It was a lot of fun. While my son and I were at the Escape room, my husband got a therapeutic massage at Cocoa Beach Spa, which is just across the street. He came out and told me that he just met the woman he would leave me for if he were to ever leave me, because she gave such a wonderful massage.

I definitely prefer the soft white beaches of the gulf side, however, sunrise was beautiful on the beach. We stayed at LaQuinta cocoa beach Oceanview. The price was reasonable and we had a very nice beach front room. They had continental breakfast in the morning as well. We took advantage of the park and cruise package. It was about $150 for our hotel room which included allowing us to leave our vehicle in the parking lot while we were on the cruise. They arranged for beachline transportation to pick us up the morning we left for the cruise. For $7 a person they drove us and our luggage to the port and we were also able to easily get on beachline to return to the hotel and get our car on the day we got back from the cruise.

Went very smooth. They made several announcements that they were having longer wait times due to a thorough check of passports and previous travel history for coronavirus. However, it went quick and we were on the ship by 12. Park port canaveral is also very easy to use and saves considerable amount of money.
