As said if you have can find somewhere for your luggage lots of things to do. Helicopter rides start at 9 am need reservations, the observation tower is near by, plenty of restaurants and bars for brunch/lunch but then again why ruin your appetite for embarkation day lunch, and the Jetty park-n-beach. Just Google Space Coast activities.
