There are at least 4 parking agencies, not including hotels. $17/day parking is at the piers. You can spend as low as $10/day, but you'll have to be transferred to the piers. Two others are somewhere in between. Transfers and taxes included in the fees.

Last time I parked there, it was $17 per day plus taxes. Keep in mind they charge by the day, so a 4 night cruise is actually 5 days parking. Embark on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and disembark Monday. 5 days.
