We always rent a car at MCO, spend the night In Orlando, drive over the next day with some sightseeing. Turn car in, take shuttle to port, and get onboard soon after they open up. Check to see if the rentals are doing shuttles first. You have several other options depending on what you want to do or have time for.

I also rented a car at airport. Had it for the day returned at the port they give ride back to port and because we have to stay another night we rented it again and return at airport Nxt day. It’s so easy. And so convent And I found that it’s cheaper to do that then take the shuttle. To and from. Plus cost of hotel. I did a room for 121 plus car total cost for room and car was 250. So much cheaper then room plus shuttle.

We rented a car at the MCO airport and dropped it off at their Port Canaveral location. The car rental has a shuttle that drove us from the Port Canaveral rental office to the port. We also rented a car to drive back to MCO and the shuttle picks you up at the port. If you work for a big company, check if you get rental discounts! The company discount made it cheaper for the 2 of us to rent a car vs. Taking the GoPort.

Use Goport.com! They are amazing! If you fly in the day before, you can book hotel and transportation. If you fly in the day of you can book transportation only.

528 all the way eastbound. just look for your exit to the cruise port. look for the sign for the 528 as you leave the airport

I used a shuttle bus that I booked directly with Carnival that went from Orlando airport directly to the ship.
