The cruise terminals are about a hour or more from Disney I would look into renting a car or a private shuttle just a quick FYI if you’re planning on going to the Disney parks make sure you have reservations for the parks , hotel reservations Will not automatically get you into the park you need park reservations as well as tickets download the my Disney experience app to make reservations

Rent car from or take taxi. Look into shuttles also.

There are transfers you can book directly through royal to get to Disney world sea world and universal studios. I paid 11.99 for a round trip transfer to universal studios. A cab will be too expensive because the port is 45 minutes away from the park.

Depends; If you are on a Disney Cruise there are bus shuttles to take you there. If not and you are staying on property(Disney) take a shuttle. There is all sorts of transportation on property from their Hotels to any of the Disney parks. If you are staying at a Hotel nearby rent a car. WDW is not like Disneyland, it is huge. Make sure to download My Disney Experience, get your tickets, make reservations no matter where you stay.
