You can try a few on Hotel plaza Boulevard as they look in that general area.I know the Windham when checking in you can request a top floor room facing that direction and since your paying to park at the resort you can take the free shuttle from the resort to any Disney park and your less than a 5min walk to Disney spring(AKA Downtown Disney)

The Swan. This hotel is not owned by Disney. But you would have to book early and pay a heavily price doing so. There is no balconies so you would miss the music part. Most other hotels are not that tall around Epcot.

Thank you so much! One more question - Would Bonnet Creek be a good area or is it better to be by Lake Buena Vista?

You can see the fireworks at Epcot from both the Swan and the Dolphin. They are on Disney property but owned by Marriott. They have their own website to book. You can also see the fireworks from the rooftop of the riviera hotel. There’s a rooftop bar. Of course, I’m assuming you’re only interested in the fireworks themselves. The whole show can only be seen inside the park. (Music, lights and lasers) some of the hotels at Disney springs have views of fireworks as well, but you are further away.
