I think “no” is pretty cut and dry. You could certainly arrange transportation to Orlando. But Universal is at least an hour away. I personally wouldn’t make the trip unless you can extend your vacation at least overnight. The park is expensive and to try to just go a few hours wouldn’t be worth it.

Only if Port Canaveral is a Port of Call during your sailing not if it’s the embarkation and disembarkation port. If you’re cruising on Royal and it’s a port of call you can go on the Royal App and book under excursions. It’s $32.99 pp right now.
