Technically yes, but with bags it isn't worth it. Most of the hotels have contract shuttles but uber or lyft may be better option. my 1030 shuttle was moved to 930 so get to wait an extra hour at the port today.

okay thank you guys. we didn't wanna do the shuttles because they won't get us there when we want. I will look into an uber

you can, but it's a bit dangerous. it's a busy road with no sidewalks
