Jacksonville, Florida Port Reviews

Jacksonville Port was easy to find. Smaller port with easy in and out parking. All port hands were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our cruise on the Elation!!

I’ll be taking a road trip down to this destination. Me and my two bffs, can’t wait!!! Embarkation is in two days woot woot 😍🤪! I will miss my children dearly but I soooo desperately need this trip for my sanity and their lives lol jk jk!!!

Had a great weekend in Jacksonville before we boarded the Elation. Ate at The Juicy Crab. It was delicious. Went to Jacksonville Beach and watched the surfers. Beautiful day. Parked in the JAXport and it was so easy to get on and off the ship. We would park there again.

Our family LOVED Jacksonville! We in fact are thinking we want to go back and just spend a week in Jacksonville and sightsee. Don't go to Jacksonville Beach...way too busy. We hit a little gem further north of Atlantic Beach at Hanna Park. We fell in LOVE! Not crazy busy, we were able to see cargo ships coming and going further up the beach, saw a couple surfers and parasails. IT was so fun! We also took a day and went down to St. Augustine. It's definitely a tourist place, but it was a beautiful little town, and we were wishing we had more time to spend. We had a pre-paid candy making class to get to at Sweet Pete's back in Jacksonville, which the whole family enjoyed. We want to come back to Jacksonville. Especially since we are from the Midwest, and NEVER see some of the sites we saw in JAX!

I haven't cruised from this port for a little while , and it is a nice port not messy, or congested and a short walking distance to the terminal but the one thing that did stand out is that before you enter the parking area, the port security requies your ID, cruise documents and boarding pass.

This port is very easy to park at and get on and off the ship, if you are driving to the ship this is a great port to use.

Nice port but nothing to see being that it’s very close to a industrial area. Not that much to worry about cause your going on vacation right 😃

JaxPort isn't huge, but it has everything you need. Nice folks.

Jacksonville Port was phenomenal! Things moved so smooth, never waited in line for anything and everyone was so nice and polite. Pulled in the parking lot after 10:30 and was on the ship by 11:15.
