I arrive a day ahead and stay in Hollywood Beach. I enjoy a beach day, walking the boardwalk, and dining the night before and morning of the cruise.

We arrived early and drove to a Miami Marlins baseball game. We spent a little time touring Ft. Lauderdale which we enjoyed. It’s a pretty city.

Loved the snorkeling and swimming with the dolphins. Diamonds International was more hype than reality. A lot of talk about great prices but wasn't impressed.

Lots to do in ft.Lauderdale but it can be pricey. Port Everglades is under some construction work but very efficient.
