the gentleman that helped with our luggage insulted us as African Americans, telling us how unprepared we are as a people and how our counterparts Caucasians are always ready with their tags on their bags.etc. Get this he was African American too. He needed to keep his opinion to himself!!!! This was the first cruise for some and just the second for others. He was rude and I wish I had gotten his name to turn him in.

We used the assistance program with a wheelchair for my father and it was wonderful. There was no way that he couldn't made it through both coming and going on his own.
