Not a lot to do in Astoria and it was raining on this day. Since it was raining the public trolley wasn't in operation so we walked. And walked. And walked.

We went on the Shot in Astoria excursion, which was fairly interesting. However, we weren't able to see some of the sights (house from the Goonies) very well from the tour bus. We had wanted to eat downtown after our tour, but couldn't really find any place to eat. (Our fault, we left the map in our cabin.)

Took a tour to two wineries and got to see a lot of the Oregon countryside.

All what I was hoping for

This is a great little city. They had a hop on-hop off bus and it's also easy to walk around the town.

Took Uber downtown with friends. Small town good for a couple hours visit of 10 available. Walmart available to pickup forgotten items. Highlight was watching kids trick or treat in town, big event for town.

Nothing open and nothing to see. Small town and not worth getting off ship.

Surprised by this port, it might have been the weather, it was a glorious sunny autumn afternoon. We just strolled along the waterfront, saw seals taking in the sun and found a nice brewery for a beer!
