Went to private Motu to spend day at the beach. Felt like Gillian’s Island 🏝️except with a bar, facilities and lounge chairs!

We spent the day on Motu Mahaea, the private island, where we relaxed on lounge chairs by the crystal clear water. We swam and snorkeled and encountered fish and rays near the reefs. We were catered to by the ship's staff which had been brought to the island to continue their wonderful hospitality, with a sumptuous bar-b-cue and refreshing drinks.

Beautiful! Took a half-day tour of the island.

Nice drift snorkel through Windstar but hard to live up to expectations set from previous day. Note the drift snorkels can vary in difficulty based on conditions.

Loved it again, loved all of Tahiti. Did a snorkeling excursion, so awesome.

Did the Scenic tour on land. All other excursions were cancelled due to high winds. Saw some interesting sights on the tour including a pearl farm and vanilla farm.

Known as the vanilla island, we toured a vanilla plantation and a working pearl farm. Amazing experience and knowledge
