Arrived around 6:30am to the entrance of Milford Sounds. Got to enjoy stunning views as we ate breakfast. The weather & visibility was great so we were able to see the peaks of all the mountains & the difference in water colour. At the main waterfall Captain Alex did 360• spins so we could see everything. Incredible!

It was beautiful! So cold but so worth it with the photos we got. If you are seeing Milford sound I recommend going to the helipad as you see everything

The ship does not dock or tender in Milford Sound, unless you sign up for the overnight excursion. The first part of the day is spent cruising in three of the sounds along the SW coast of New Zealand and some of the views are amazing.
