Your first glance of the coast of New Zealand is awe inspiring when you visit the Fjordland first. Milford Sound is humbling in its majestic, natural beauty. We did not have any excursions but did enjoy listening to the commentary from the expert who boarded the ship.

No excursion - the cruising through the sounds was lovely. We ended up having a balcony breakfast and enjoying the scenery.
