Amazing visit to Volunteer point. Long journey. Guide was 10 year's old when invasion happened. Great listening to him. Only downside not enough time to walk around town

Missed opportunities to see a really good site for penguins. Mostly thats our fault, but I do wish that the excursions and the buses to these coves ran more trips a little later in case people improvise or change their minds about using them. The tow also cant keep up with supplying things like food for the overwhelming demands of the cruise passengers, which isn't anyones fault necessarily, but it is an issue.

WE did not visit this scheduled stop because of weather/safety concerns. Very disappointed to lose one of four scheduled Antarctic area ports. Think the $50 per person refund was very inadequate compensation for such a huge miss!

Volunteer Point with Adventure Falklands was the BEST! I can’t recommend them enough. Much better & less expensive than booking through the cruise line. Support local businesses. When our ship changed course Shaun Jeffrey contacted me immediately to let me know he was aware of the change & would be at the dock when we arrived. Perfect day! The King Penguins are amazing! A highlight of our cruise.

Loved, loved, loved this port. The Bluff Cove excursion was the best! A wonderful way to visit the penguins up close and personal. The tour guide was so much fun. The cafe was so welcoming and provided a hot drink and pastry on an otherwise very cold day. Loved being able to purchase an item made there in the Falklands with their local wool.
