Loved this. Had to do a private tour, as the ship didn't have sufficient shore excursions. People were wonderful

My first penguins!

This is a top spot to visit. We did Bluff Cove excursion and saw a large group of penguins which you could get within 3 feet of to photograph and watch their antics.

4th cancelled trip due to weather. No penguins at all on my trip to Antarctica.

4 ships were in port at same time. We did our own excursion to try to find some penguins of which we had seen none. Saw 2 or 3 penguins in Penguin Cove. Disappointing. It was difficult to do any shopping because of the huge number of tourists in port that day.

WAS FINE. GLAD I DO NOT LIVE THERE. IF THAT WAS AN INDICATION OF SUMMER. HATE TO BE THERE IN WINTER

Paid excursion was great. Pengins! Surprised at how small Port Stanley was.

We did not get into this port due to rough seas. The cruise ship refunded our tour money but did not refund the port fees as other cruise lines have done when we miss a port.
